ICAN

Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) is an autonomous body established under the Nepal Chartered Accountants Act, 1997 which undertakes acoountancy profession in Nepal. 

Why Study ICAN?

Who should persue ICAN?

Minimum Eligibility to study under ICAN board is: 10+2 pass with minimum pass marks of 2.4 or result awaiting students in any discipline.

CAP III

Chartered Accountancy is a highly practical course. It means that you shall get trained under a Chartered Accountant to be eligible to attend CAP III examinations and become a Chartered Accountant.

The training period which is termed as Articleship is of 3 years. And during this training period, you will earn stipend as well.

The minimum stipend rates are fixed by ICAN and they are as follows.

1st Year: 48,000

2nd Year: 60,000

3rd Year: 84,000

CAP II

This level comprises 7 papers each of 100 marks divided in 2 groups. Students can appear one group at a time.
